Chief, R&D & Systems Architecture
Anumbia Anachaba Julius serves as Vice President, R&D & Systems Architecture, bringing a rare full-stack engineering capability that integrates hardware, machine learning, and software into production-ready systems at exceptional speed. A First Class graduate in Artificial Intelligence, he is recognized for translating complex, frontier technologies into reliable, real-world products.
🌟 Areas of Expertise
Full-Stack R&D Systems Engineering
Hardware–Software Co-Design
Machine Learning & Real-Time Inference
Embedded Systems & Sensor Integration
Medical Robotics & Diagnostic Devices
Human–Computer Interaction
Cloud & Mobile Application Deployment
🏅 Innovation & Technical Leadership
Before completing his formal training, Anumbia designed and built a 3D printer from the ground up, developed a palm-vein biometric scanner, and engineered a voice-assistant robot—demonstrating an uncommon ability to execute across mechanical, electronic, and software domains. His professional work includes deploying real-time machine learning systems for fraud detection, medical robotics, and COVID-19 safety intelligence.
At Mary Technology, Anumbia owns the entire system lifecycle end-to-end—from CAD design and embedded firmware to ML model training, inference, human-computer interaction, mobile applications, and cloud deployment. This integrated approach enables him to deliver complete, production-grade systems that would typically require multiple specialized teams, while maintaining rapid feedback loops and low iteration costs.
🚀 Beyond the Build
Serving as an asymmetric R&D lever, Anumbia translates advanced diagnostic concepts into manufacturable Patient Access Terminal (PAT) peripherals and real-time ML workflows. His work materially accelerates innovation velocity while reducing cost per iteration—allowing Mary Technology to move faster without compromising reliability, safety, or system integrity.
