Marie is a frontline nursing leader with rare cross-over experience across clinical care, refugee protection, women’s rights, and data-driven program design—exactly the type of leader who ensures health infrastructure actually lands in communities. As Chief Nursing Officer, she sets and adapts nursing standards across clinics and PAT-enabled sites, trains and mentors local nurses, and builds systems that track nursing care impact on population-level metrics.
